Method

Step 1: Prepare the Lamb

  2. Rub the rapeseed oil and curry paste all over the lamb chops. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chops on a baking tray and grill for 4-5 minutes on each side for a medium cook, adjusting the time if you prefer it more or less done.
  4. Let the lamb rest for a couple of minutes once it’s done cooking.
